SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We deliver to France and worldwide. Your order will generally be shipped within 48 hours (in Metropolitan France and unless otherwise indicated on the product pages). Please note that personalized items can take up to 10 days to be shipped.

You have received your items but the size or shape does not suit you? Don't worry, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the products concerned to us.

Any request for return or exchange must be reported directly by email to our customer service at support@parisflavor.net . The customer must attach to his request, the order number concerned by the return, the designation of the product(s) concerned by the return, and specify whether it is a request for exchange or refund. If the return has not been announced by the customer, a gift card is automatically created and sent to the customer.

For a compliant return, the items must be unworn, unused, returned in their original packaging, and accompanied if possible by the delivery note received in the order. If you do not comply with these obligations, we may deduct an amount up to the full value of the item, depending on the devaluation that your treatment of the product has caused.

Return costs are your responsibility.

Following receipt of the return and its processing, we will create a credit in the form of a gift card valid for 1 year for an amount equal to the value of the returned items and the delivery costs if the order is returned in its entirety. You will then be able to place a new order on all of our references.

No refund, exchange or credit will be made before receipt of the returned products.

Please note that personalized items cannot be returned.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims. Furthermore, packages for which the identification of the customer (name, first name, address, order number) will not be possible will be refused.

Please allow up to 14 business days after receipt for all refunds and exchanges to be processed.
